Italian Taylor Dog Collar - Brown

Italian Tailor is Dean’s Legend for minimalists. It has the same black leather and Nappa leather, but lacks the braids and medallions.

These leather collars undergo a combination tanning process from century-old tanneries in the Netherlands and UK; first they are tanned with a Chrome Salt solution to make the leather flexible and more resistant to heat and scratching, then it is Vegetable tanned to make it firmer and more water-resistant.
Over the years it will become softer, not weaker and will develop a distressed vintage look. Wax is brushed on the edges to prevent fraying, and give a smooth finish. Similarly, all stitching is made of waxed or neoprene thread. Customers should expect this leather to last for at least a decade with the exception of extraordinary circumstances like constant chewing.
The hardware: collar buckles, rivets, and rings are made of solid brass or nickel, not just brass or nickel finishes like most products on the market. They are embellished with many types of stones and metals to create unique designs.

What is my size? each size is the listed size plus 2 inches. i.e. a 25" collar fits 25" - 27". 18" fits 18" - 20".
